Basically i bought an app on the app store. The payment went through and the money has been deducted from my paypal account however the app won't let me download. It wants me to buy it again.

Advice or suggestions on what to do?

Many thanks.

Are you talking about BlackBerry App World? Or the BlackBerryApps Store here a the BlackBerry Forums? More details.

And the irony of you having a problem like this in downloading THAT app is stunning. ;)

Understood. We have an app store on the site and want to ensure quality service. App World has been a nightmare for me personally as well

So does anyone have any idea who i call or email to resolve this? I mean i presume it's RIM but i've had a look about and can't find anything about contacting them about issues like this.

You may be able to send an email to the company or person who owns the APP. Explain the details and it should help resolve the issue. Hope it's a good company.

The exact method is to call your service provider support. They provide front line support EVEN for AppWorld. If they refuse or say they can't solve it, ask that the issue be escalated to RIM level tech support.

That ^^ and contacting the developer direct are your two options.
