complaining in someone else's thread isn't polite and isn't going to magically fix your problem. Maybe you could help us help you...like telling us what web browser you're using, if you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Berry411, etc. Given that you have a 7520, you're probably using Nextel's browser. I don't know anything about Nextels, except that there's often problems with the standard browser, and that may be affecting Berry411 (because I think it uses the default browser to submit requests). But that's all just guesses.
