i have just purchased a blackberry bold on contract with orange and i connected it to my home router using the wifi in order to connect to the internet etc. however whenever i try to access websites it seems to take a long while "retrieving" and then the majority of the time comes back with a message saying something along the lines of the server is unavailable or not responding. my router works with an ipod touch etc so this isnt a problem can somebody help point out how to prevent this problem in the future?

Do you have a BB data plan? Some carriers will not push the wifi service book unless you have a BB data plan. Not sure if Orange does that or not.

But not having the proper service book could be the issue. Maybe you need to call your carrier?
