Hi all,

i am facing a issue regrding reconciliation of blackberry devices with outlook.I am using BES server 4.1.0.6.

Whenever i delet emails on my blackberry it did't delete on outlook and vise versa.Please help me.

Resend the service books to this specific user and it should be ok.

Delete the CMIME Service Book and undelete it.
The turn wireless reconciliation to on and that should fix it.

From the BlackBerry's Home screen, go into the Messages application, then Click the Scroll Wheel or [Menu] button and select Options --> Email Reconciliation.

If you have more than one email account being delivered to the device, hit [Space] until Message Services is set to "Desktop", then highlight the field to the right of "Delete On:" until it says "Mailbox & Handheld". Hit [Esc] and save the changes.
