am using a BB8520, i have recently reloaded its OS because it froze then became totaly blank. needles to say all my data was lost. everytime i try to downlaod BB Application World it gives an error massage "communication failure has occurred. server may be bussy, contact service provider", i cannot even download other BB applications (BB protect) because the links lead to BB App World.

Any other way of downlaoding Blackberry Application World? Can anyone assist with the problem.

Are you able to use any internet service via Cell?

If your on a corporate BES server you may have issues with the configuration for your device. Also you could have an IT policy restriction.
