Default Intermittent Hub/Internet Connection

Please Login to Remove!

I'm not sure if this a network issue, but the problem I encounter is the blackberry icon on the upper right side of the screen is not showing and that makes me unable to use the hub. No BBM, emails, and others. Is this a known issue? I have restarted my phone several times but having the same issue. :(

May be network. Does wifi versus mobile network make any difference?

How did you restart the device? If it were me, I would shut it off and remove the battery for a minute, and then test.

The 4 little dots indicate your not connected to the Blackberry infrastructure .

No service

Check options in the Network and connections section under Settings.
Make sure your on. If your on and still not working a call to the carrier may help but do a suggested by aiharkness first.

Yes indeed I did restart my phone several times. I think you're right that it must be the network. When I'm home and connected to a Wifi, it works fine. When I'm outside home, the connection comes in and out. When I'm in the office, since it is located in the city, the connection is fine. I hope it is just really the Globe network here in the Philippines. I love this phone so much than any other new mobiles coming out in the market.

I will check with my provider to see if this is a known issue.

Many thanks!
