Guys need your help below. I have 2 BB users who have problem with their BBs. They are under BES service.

1. The 1st user is unable to receive an email from a specific person.
User A is the Blackberry user, while user B is just an outlook user.

User A is able to receive emails from everyone using his outlook but he noticed that when he checked his blackberry, user B's email is missing while the rest of emails from other people are still being sent to his blackberry.

We have already recreated user's profile in BES but the problem is still the same.

2. When doing a backup and restore to update Firmware of blackberry the Wireless Synchronization is grayed out. We can't see any options to turn it on using desktop manager and the device itself.

A possible answer for number 1.

Does he have an Exchange Rule set to move that person's emails to another folder? This would "hide" the email from the Blackberry because it is moved to the other folder.

No idea about the other issue.

Hi Marc, thanks. but we have checked user's outlook and there are no filters and rules set.

For #1, have you checked your SPAM filter? Maybe that user was incorrectly identified as such.
