Default Media Manager HELP

Please Login to Remove!

Hey, I'm a UK Storm user on the Vodafone network.

Anyways, I loaded all the software and installed it correctly. But when I click on Media in the operating system program it gives me two choices. Media Sync is on and able to work but the Media Manager is always dulled out and I'm unable to use it.

Does anybody have any advice on how to fix this?

I have the same issue and have been curious about it, but haven't looked into it too much on any BlackBerry forums. Verizon US BIS here.

media manager is useless and unnecessary. enable mass storage mode in your memory options then simply look in "My Computer" and you will see the blackberry listed as a new drive. you can drag and drop documents, pictures, videos, to and from the bb.

Same thing happened to me, I've been doing it the way mentioned above by enabling mass storage mode and doing it manually, but I still don't understand why that option is grayed out and can't be used, why have it there then?
