Hi!
I work as a helpdeks technician and a few days ago someone give me the blackberry responsability ... and now i don't know if i should hate him or love him :P
Let's begin (if you don't mind ;) )
a) I have a few users vith 7290 who can't browse the web (error 400, i'm waiting for some answer about our IDS as i found in the forums but i don't think we have one)
b) no one can see formatted or html mails :S (is determined on the bes server, isn't it?)
c) i have an user who is receiving every single mail sent by outlook. I unchecked the "synchronize the sent folder" on the blackberry but still happens. Didn't found any info about that problem :S
