i dont know if this has happened to anyone, but you know with tmobile if you dial #225# you get your balance and if you dial #646# you get your minutes? well none of that shows up for me, its keeps saying cannot connect. Does anyone know why that is? thank you in advance. I have upgrade to 4.5, is that a possible reason why? It also says supplementary service error.

Having same trouble here for 3 days now. And is troublesome that I went to the T-Mobile website and the usage I have for this month seems to be the same I had 3 days ago.

I just tried the #646# and got an error...I know it isn't because of the Rogers os that you installed...it will still work regardless of os version. It is some sort of problem with Tmobile, not us.

This is why I am on the board right now, to see if anyone else is having a problem connecting to check balance, minutes, etc.. Rebooted but no success in Hotlanta.

Hi - I am getting the same problem on my device (Curve 8320) After I do #646# or #225# my device becomes unresponsive and I am not able to dial any number or connect to anything. This just started today and when I rebooted my device everthing worked fine till the time I didn't do #646# or #225#

I think it may be T-Mobile issue. What do you guys think?
