There are a bunch of free file managers available on BlackBerry App World, provided it's supported in your country.

Without AppWorld I don't think you can get the basic file manager that came with your Z10 unless you reload the OS. Otherwise you can use an aftermarket file manager that offers an OTA download like GoAruna
