Default Camera Info for the 9600!

Please Login to Remove!

The phone has a 3.2 Mega pixel camera with auto focus like the 8900. The device pictured and sold on eBay did not have software to support the camera.

Well that's another plus.. I was always under the impression pixels were hardware controlled?

(I'm BlackBerry guy not a camera guy lol)

in the grand scheme of things is 3.2 that much different from 2.0 on a phone anyway? Getting a 3Gs iPhone this week as a second phone(updated 3.0 camera) and switching to VZW 9630 when it comes out......I hope VZW keeps the red #'s on keyboard.....BOLD takes amazing pics for a phone camera as does the iPhone.

The autofocus and newer camera technology will likely make more of a difference than the jump from 2 to 3.2. Updated software controllers will also make (or break) the quality of the image captured by the camera.
