Default Search function in Calendar

Please Login to Remove!

If i search for text contained in a newly created appointment, it will not be found unless I first switch the phone off or do a reset.
RIM to note.

First please understand this is NOT a RIM supported site it is just a bunch of people helping with questions from experience.

If your BB is locking up it may be low on memory. you did not give details on the problem so thats my best guess. More detail will help.

Thumbs up Re: Search function in Calendar

It is not locking up at all. I just said a newly created appointment could be found with the search function, unless I did a soft reset or switched it off and back on.
However, I just installed version 6.0.0.723 and that fixed the issue.
I am fully aware this is not an official RIM site but i'd bet they do monitor it.
