I am trying to set up my Storm to get the service books and it is telling me that my pin # is already in use! Is there some sort of work around or what do i need to do!

Call the carrier and make sure there wasn't a mix up.

I had the very same problem.
When I called the carrier I was told that the Storm was not yet registered.
I played around with two BB-enalbeld SIM-cards and got it to work at last.

The problem is that the phone has not been registered with your carrier yet. Once the carrier enters your phone you'll be good to go. Just had the same thing happen to 15 of our new Curves!

I had a similar problem too, once activated to the network everything was fine.

Call VZW Support and they will reset it...
