Second, the only SP1 version is 4.2 SP1 - not 4. You're best off with 4.2 SP2 without Media Manager (IMHO), and the latest version is 4.3 (no SP's yet!)

fully agree, 4.2 sp2 no media is the best.
no question here, i thought that this is the sp1 for 4.3

Doesn't 4.2 SP2 have the first version of the Roxio media manager? I thought 4.2 SP1 was the last version w/no Roxio at all...

4.2 SP2 also has a "no media" package, much smaller download.
