Hi all,
we are planning to migrate users from BES 10 to BES 12, we are doing some tests before begin massive migration.
Now I'm trying to just one user, user migration was fine, all works correctly. Now I'm trying to migrate user's device, from BAS -> settings -> migration -> status I can find user's device information and a yellow circle reporting "in progress".
Where can find more information about device migration ?

you have to move users over then you can move devices over. re send IT policy prior
