Default Service pack Question.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all, I'm a new Blackberry Admin and I've question about appling service packs. I have a blackberry enterprise server 4.0.3 hotfix4 (bundle 17) for exchange 5.5 and I want to update it. Can I just apply the latest service pack or do i add them in order up to the latest?

The Service Packs and Hot Fixes are cumulative. You can either apply the latest Service Pack and then apply the latest Hot Fix for that particular Service Pack. If you have any issues applying the Hot Fix then install WinZip on the server and right click and goto the WinZip shell menu and extract the files. When the Hot Fix prompts for the files in a location that is not available then point it towards the extracted Service Pack files.
