Whenever someone in our company travels outside their home area with a blackberry, they cannot recieve their email when they return. the only fix i have found is i have delete their account on the BES, then wipe the handheld.

this is going to become very tiresome very quickly. Any ideas? I haven't been able to find anything in the KB, but i bet my key words are incorrect.

Pulling the battery out, putting it back in and makig sure the radio is turned on does not reoslve the issue?

Re-register with the wireless network should help.

What version is on the handheld?
