Can you have multiple BB's pointing to the same mailbox?

Example, we have a "corp. communications" mailbox. They are asking me if I gave all four people a BB pointed to that same mailbox, would that work? Would they all get the same mails, etc...? If not I can have one rotated among all four of them, but I thought I'd ask...
