Do you just reactivate them wirelessly thru enterprise activation?
Do you just resend the service books from the BES?
What steps does anyone take?

This scenario happens often enough for it to piss me off when it happens on Fridays. So I needed to ask…sorry if its sounds like a venting.

This happened just this morning:
A user comes to me and says, "I have not received email since Tuesday and have not been able to access websites, but the phone works fine. Oh, and the Reconcile Now option is gone too."

From hanging around this forum and experience, I knew the problem was a service book issue. I went thru all three steps I listed above but not much happened in the first hour. The enterprise activation never went thru but all of a sudden, things started working.

Is the problem my patience or what? Does the resolution of this process depend on the missing component? What steps does anyone take to get this resolved?

Thanks for any input.
Try to reload the user from the 4.1 mgmt console, then resend the service book. It always seems to work for me.

Thanks for the help. The next time I get this error I will give it a try and hopefully it will resolve the issue much quicker.
