Can anyone point me in a direction of what this event warning might mean?

The description for Event ID 20000 in Source Blackberry Controller cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necassary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: CFG Controller wont generate userdump files. Userdump.exe not found in system folder.

Also is it normal to have SenKeyRegenerationRequest warnings at times in the event veiwer? If so is there a way to minmize them?

You don't have Userdump installed.

That depends on who it's for and what version of handheld software they have. If it is pre-4.0 then it is expected.

All the blackberrys for our company are version 4.0 or later. BES is 4.0.0.110
If the SenKeyRegenerationRequest warnings are expected is there any way to decrease the warnings?

Here are a few more warnings I am getting,

1)Alert manager service: Active Dir Republish Not Successful

2)Event ID 20000 .............Could not connect to service control manager

3)Event ID 20000...............Could not find any Blackberry Enterprise servers configured for dispatchers in the registry.

And of course the user dump error that we have already determined. I am upgrading service pack now. We were way behind but what is weird is the server has rondomly crashed and shutdown twice in the past week. Any advice would be appreciated.
