I have tried several times and i have not been able to update my display picture, i use bb 9380 and the network says its a fone problem. I have tried changing several times it never does, even though i did a hard reset.

My bbm display picture and yes the device's network saya its a phone problem not a network problem.

I think the OP is saying the carrier is telling him it's a phone issue.
Without more detailed info it will be hard to help.
Wondering if it's a company phone and changes are restricted.
