Overview:
SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is looking for exceptional talent to support an exciting, global Blackberry Enterprise Server program for its government customer.
Responsibilities:
As the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) Engineer you will provide technical implementation, engineering and Tier 3 support services for an extensive infrastructure that provides a global, state-of-the-art BES environment supporting 20,000+ users in countries around the world.

The BES Engineer will perform high level technical analysis, provide technical input to decision makers, and provide general systems engineering support with regard to the BES product set.

The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise experience deploying and maintaining BES based solutions within a large, global infrastructure framework. The successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and will have excellent written communication and customer service skills.


Qualifications:
Required:
4 years of experience expertise with Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 & 10
Experience installing Blackberry Enterprise Servers in a Windows environment
BES 5 & 10 core integration technologies including Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Windows infrastructure technologies, such as Group Policy Objects and how they affect/interact with BES within the enterprise
Networking in an enterprise and how the network affects/interacts with BES within the enterprise
Experience managing & supporting systems, configuration management, and technology deployments across large, distributed environments
Strong communication (Both Verbal & Written), analytical, customer service, problem solving, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interface with vendors and clients (internal and external)
Ability to analyze situations and formulate recommendations to upper management
Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, and operational SOPs)
Desired:
Strongly prefer one or more of the following certifications:
BlackBerry Certified Solution Designer
BlackBerry Certified System Administrator
BlackBerry Certified Server Support Specialist
Scripting ability is highly desired (whether with PowerShell, WMI, VBScript, etc.)
Experience with other virtualization technologies is a plus (VMware or XenServer)
Ability to provide documents or reports to management
Experience providing services in an ITIL environment
Windows & BES Log file analysis
Administering systems via SCCM
SEP installation in an Enterprise
Clearance: Interim Secret or Secret Clearance
