Default Urgent Classic Help!

I bought the Classic and I love it! The ONLY problem I have is that I can't transfer the Password Keeper from my previous Q10 to the new Classic. I've tried Device Switch and that didn't work. I tried using Blackberry Link and that didn't work either. IN the past all you would have to do is use your desktop software and *poof*. Transferred EVERYTHING immediately. Seems as if Blackberry Link is not compatible with the Classic.

Can ANYONE tell me how to transfer Password Keeper and all the information that's in it from my old Q10 to my new Classic?

I'm about to have to resort to manually inputting all that data. And that will be a nightmare!!

Please help!

Password Keeper app
Before you begin: This feature is only supported if you transferred data from your BlackBerry device running BlackBerry
Device Software 5.0 or later to a BlackBerry 10 device using either BlackBerry Link or a media card.
1. On your BlackBerry 10 device, download the Password Keeper app from BlackBerry World storefront.
2. On the home screen, tap Password Keeper.
3. Complete the instructions on the screen.

Two thoughts.....

There are reported cases of Link not backing up some stuff. Someone does a restore and address book is missing, or whatever. I have noticed getting a warning that certain things were not backed up. I run the backup again and no error. I suspect this is what is happening to others and they don't notice the warning.

So if you are missing the password database, wipe the new device and run the device switch again. Or back up the old and restore to the new.

If the password keeper app is missing, just get it from BlackBerry World. The database is probably there. Once the app is installed it will see the database and all will be well.

i see there are knowledgeable people here
i just got a classic this friday
but when i recoed a speech on remember
and i want to attach it to an email or a whatsapp message
it says that its too big
anything more than 16mb will not be attached
is there a way to get it through?

but now i don't know how to get the link?

I was going to suggest similar (Box or OneDrive) but don't know what you mean by don't know how to get link. I don't use dropbox.
