i am from bespoke digital media. My balack berry z10 is hanging to much what should i do . please help me.

You need to provide more information to get help. the BB Z10 like all cell phones has a limit on the amount of memory it can offer to store apps and other item.
Using settings, go to device and storage to check. If very high use I found you need to delete some 3rd party apps you loaded or other items.
Another issue could be a bad app that is not intended to work on an OS10 device. Also a corrupted app could cause a hang.

Did you drop the phone?
Get it wet?
These could also cause problems.
