when anyone calls me from my contact list i always see there name but anyone who calls thats not on my contact list --it never displays name on number?my foreman called my house it displayed his name but when he called my storm only his number?do i have to addjust a setting or something?ANY help i would appreciate--thanks

Your Storm is working correctly. As with all cell phones in the US, cell caller ID is limited to just the number calling, the name will not display unless it is in your contacts list.
