I went to see if I could upgrade my 7105 for a Curve by logging into My Tmobile...the Curve (both colors) is listed on the upgrade page but there is an "unexpected error" when you click on "upgrade".

The upgrade price is $399.99 w/ a 2 year extension. $449.99 without an extension.
