Rogers claims to have Canada's fastest wireless network, but isn't the Telus EVDO network considerably faster?

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'm thinking of migrating back to Telus when my contract with Rogers expires. Now that Telus has the Curve, there's no reason to get gouged anymore.

EDGE is only a bit faster than dial up - average 50-125 kbps and max of 384 kbps. EVDO averages 400-800 kbps with a max of 1.2 mbps under Rev 0 and 2.4 mbps under Rev A.

although rogers is right since their 3g area are faster than bell/telus evdo.

But telus unlimited data for 15$ does >>>>>> rogers 1.5mb of bb data for 15$

My work supplies my with a Bell EVDO 8830 and yes its fast but I have a 3G PC card with rogers and its faster then my home cable Internet7.2 meg. When the new BB comes out with 3G it will be capable of 7.2 meg and it will kick bell's / telus's but. I know that in the bell network they max out at 3.1 meg.
