Default Nextel Blackberry Mail Clogs

My Webmail for the blackberry with Nextel Service continually stops working and I have to delete the account and then add it back to get it to start working again. This is a pain and I have to do a reset. It is problematic when I do not have an accessible internet connection.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Does anyone have a solution?

Have you called Nextel about it? They may have some suggestions.

I have spoken to Nextel a number of times. They keep telling me there are temporary issues with their web client, but that it should not cause the problem. Obviously, that is not a great answer because it happens over and over! I used to think it only happened when I was near my 10mb limit, but that has since proven wrong. Sometimes it happens when no mail is in the web client.
