Calendar and Contacts not synching post Activation

Hi
I have one user who, once Enterprise Activation has completed, has an empty Calendar and no Contacts on her device
500 other users are OK
I have tried 4 different devices and 2 different BES 5 servers
So rebooting the device or wiping the device, deleting CICAL service book and resending service books, using the rset function, removing/readding to the server etc is all irrelevant
running /resetfolders in Outlook does not resolve this either
The BESAdmin account has the same permissions on her account as on other accounts which are working
Her mailbox is in the same database as other users who are working
I have compared the PR_IPM_NOTE_ENTRYID properties and they match
(KB11639)
Some entries from the MAGT logs:

I suspect I am missing something obvious, please can anyone assist here?
