Hi,

I have the latest software update (Rogers) and don't like it. How can i downgrade?

I installed the CD that came with the phone but it didn't ask to update?

Any help gladly recieved.

Delete the new version from your PC in Add/Remove Programs.

Locate and delete VENDOR.XML on your PC C: drive

The CD does not have the handheld software on it. You will have to locate it (from Orange - or whatever version you want) and download and install it.

Search the Forum, this has been talked about a lot.

Best to use Member and Moderator John Clark's method. He has a thread on it.

By the way, glad to see someone else does not like the new operating systems. I am still on the Sept. 2006 42 version.
