Default Stolen 9700

Okay guys, I got my phone stolen just a couple of hours ago, and they told me the police can track it if I knew its serial number. So, I wanna ask you if it's possible to find it out via my computer, where I've updated its software, because I got it as a hand-me-down and the papers are long gone.

Check with your cell carrier. They definitely have the ESN for the device ...

ESN = Electronic Serial Number Every phone has a unique number.
It may be available on your bill from the carrier or by calling them as was suggested.

All you can do is call your carrier, tell them it was stolen, cancel the SIM card and BLOCK the device. It won't be able to be used on your network.

Sorry about that...

If ( when) you buy a replacement BB , put Blackberry Protect on it. It's free and can save a lot of problems.
