Hi folks,
I've just moved from the iPhone to a Blackberry. All dandy till a huge problem: my job needs me sometimes at night. So I need a software that, after 22 o'clock will ignore every email, except some specific emails with specific subjects. Like, after 22'o'clock I should be notified (sound+led) only for emails that contain the "urgent" keyword. Any other message should be (audible) ignored.
How can I do that?

I think the most simple solution would be to create a filter and define those emails as Level 1. Then create a profile where Level 1 audible alerts are on, and all others are muted. For example I have a custom profile where everything but Level 1 and Phone are muted.

That's exactly what I wanna do! But when I "mute" all the mailboxes, I don't receive any audible message even for Level 1...

Make sure Level 1 is not muted.

Check your filter setting for Level 1 and make sure the filter is working.
