Hi everyone. I'm kinda new using BB and got a BB 9900. I want my device to be on the condition of just been unboxed. I mean like never used one. Tried wiping but didn't work, just deleted the apps I loaded and mails etc.

New with emails and Apps??? is it yours? There is no need to "wipe" a new Blackberry.
