Loaded 113 yesterday. Had been on 109 for about a month. I see improvement with 113, the biggest being the cut/copy/paste feature. No issues for the 24 hours I have been running it. IMHO it is worth the time to "upgrade".

I found .113 to be buggy. I like the improved text selection/copy & paste feature but I had internet issues and problems using the dial pad during phone calls.
109 burned my battery too quickly after 3 hours of very light usage it would be down to 70-65 percent. The 114 hybrid which I loved had slightly better results. But to me this made it unusable.
The 103 gave me great battery life, but camera was buggy and memory leakage was awful. I was resigned to sticking with it though, because it was still a major improvement over .75.
The 113 so far has changed that. Battery life is still not good as .103 but it usable. With moderate use battery goes down to about 70 percent in 3 hours. But with extended battery that goes up to 90-85. With very light use with the extended battery it can last 2 days.
Memory is great as is cut and paste. Camera is good. I am being cautious though because its only been 2 days.
.109 or .113?
