again, for some reason I was able to activate it without modifing anything.. huh?
I don't get this error now but I'm having trouble installing applications...
It can take up to 30 minutes before I'm able to install an application...
I tried the following :
1) Using the blackberry manager, I went to the application registery and right clicked the application I wanted to install. I then clicked install on device.
1) a) I tried to do a silent installation
1) b) I tried to do a non silent installation
2) Using the mds control center, I searched for the application and pressed install
When I use the first option, nothing happens on the black berry
When I use the second option, strange things happen
sometimes, I'll have to hit search continuously for the search results to apprea
sometimes, I will get an alert displaying "processing request. please wait" or something like that
sometimes, a screen will appear with a cancel button at the bottom.. it displays something like "installing application queue:1"
But it never displays something like "application succesfully" (I don't know what is supposed to happen... but you get the idea)
it just get stuck there...
and like 30 minutes later (no kidding), the application appear in the mds control center....
sometimes, an alert with pop displaying "Administrator suggest to install the following application : "HelloWorld" [Yes][No]
It just seems soooooo random...
Like I hit search and then the alert pops...
I don't seem to be able to reproduce the problems
What is displayed on the handheld seems completly random...
I also notice than the handeld appears "online" on the blackberry manager (under registered devices) only when I hit the search button...
It seems to affect the installation in some way...
Anyone could explain to me?
thanks!
