I had a feeling you would be around. Done that. Now what? Shall I wait or should I do a battery pull or restart?

Login to your BIS site and resend service books from there.

So I sent the service books...
This is what I get when I press alt and the return key and go to the browser icon:
"Your device does not currently have any Browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser in your device."
Is there anything else I should do?

For some reason the service books aren't pushing. It's possible that TMo users with unlocked devices won't get service books for this OS....just a thought.

Anyone else with an 8310 on TMobile and this OS have a browser service book?

I upgraded from Vodafone .37 to the .46 and it is much smoother. I finally upgraded due to the little browser glitch in .37

What browser glitch? 46 has one too, if you scroll to the bottom, sometimes you get stuck scrolling down, whether you actually scroll up, down, left, or right.

I've seen this issue of only being able to scroll down in the browser. It is still present in .48, I've heard.

Saw it in .42... I think if you scroll up really quickly, it'll go back to normal. Haven't seen it .46 yet.

Call your provider. Ask them to do a resend to switch and then have them push the service books to you from the backend.

Well after nuking my unit on the first pass, I tried again and finally got .46 on my unit. Haven't played a lot with it as it was late when i finally got it loaded. This morning, however, I have noticed that I have a folder for IM but when I go inside of it all I have is the "up" icon. How do I now get Yahoo IM back on my unit? Thanks in advance.

Do a search for google and yahoo and you should be able to download them. Once you do, they will appear in your IM folder.

Is it me, or only T-Mobile people are the only ones who have problems with these upgrades? Lol.
