Cool, I'll have to upgrade, but SocialScope is just nice it will be hard not to use it lol.

This is really good stuff. I was solidly in the Ubertwitter camp until I got my SocialScope registration/link... now I think it's better... with the new Ubertwitter release coming tomorrow, it will be interesting to see how it stacks up... competition is good - resulting in solid, usable software for the users.

I absolutely loved Ubertwitter for about a day. Then I had the same problems with battery life. After I figured out that I had to completely close out the program my battery life resumed to normal. Then about a week ago, Uber just quit working completely on my 8330. I just went back to TwitterBerry. Might give the new release another try though.

Ditto, it better be a lot nicer on my battery.. Then the previous version, or I will stick with SocialScope... Can't have my BB turning off the radio halfway threw the day :(

I wonder if they made anymore UI changes

Is that with the TCP APN set? If so, you'll find it's not actually using the BIS data connection, it's using raw TCP data.

If you're unable to use the TCP APN (or can but choose not to as it costs you money) UberTwitter will not work. That is until they update it, hopefully this weekend.

More features, a bit snappier. I will use for my @parkwayelem acct. I still prefer Social Scope for my @akosnitzky. Then again, I havent really immersed myself with the beta 2 yet. So far I am still with Social Scope
