Default Im buying a STORM today, whats next?

Ok guys so right now I have a LG dare with verizon. I am buying this Storm from a guy of craigslist, I hope he is true about it been brand new in box... My question is what do I have to do to have it working tonight with data plan and everything? Do I need a SIM card?

You won't need a SIM to have it work on the Verizon network. The SIM allows you to roam on GSM networks. You will need a data plan form Verizon that is specifcally for BlackBerrys in order to get e-mail, browser, etc.

Even though it says eBay, the info is still the same. You will need a BB data plan.

I met up with the guy and the phone was not brand new, I looked like a furbished phone. I had a sticker in the back behind the battery that said made in mexico...

RIM has a manufacturing facility in Mexico. The sticker alone isn't cause for any concern.
