Hello,

I just received a warranty BlackBerry Storm 9530 (Verizon) and I'm having troubles programming it. I've already activated it but when I called *228 and listened to the prompts, but none of them lets me program my phone. It just says "Press 1 to make a collect call". Any suggestions?

Try dialing *22899 .. If that fails your going to need to call your carrier to have them look on the account again to make sure it's all set up correctly.
