New Bridge (1.0.0.83) OTA Links

For those that are left in the cold by AT&T (and possibly others), here are the OTA links for the latest BlackBerry Bridge that enables BBM on the PlayBook:
BlackBerry Bridge 1.0.0.83 OTA for OS 5
BlackBerry Bridge 1.0.0.83 OTA for OS 6
These downloads are for your phone, not for the PlayBook, and these are from the same source as the previous OTA links (see here for reference). Those previous OTA links have proven to be safe, so these should be fine as well.
NOTE: To get BBM on the PlayBook, you need to apply both the Bridge update (1.0.0.83) and the BBM update (5.0.3.22) on the phone.

Just installed the 1.0.0.83. No BBM on the PB. Rebooted both BB and PB. Any ideas?

Install the BBM update on the phone (check App World on your phone to get it, but bear in mind that it might be delayed a bit before it shows up for everyone). To get this to work, you need:
- Bridge 1.0.0.83 on the phone.
- BBM 5.0.3.22 (or greater) on the phone.
Then, everything should work. I have updated the first post to include a note about needing both components on the phone before BBM will work on the PlayBook.

I updated the bridge software on my phone. Funny thing is that the icon's for messages, contacts etc are no longer showing up under BlackBerry Bridge on my pb. They do appear in the "all" category.
Any suggestions?

Funny enough, this has shown up for all the other PB users we have except me in AppWorld.
I downloaded and installed the OTA one, and it worked fine. But then the one from AppWorld showed uninstalled. So I re-installed it, and and waiting for the "official" update, LOL!
