Hi,

I have develoepd an application in JDE 4.7 and Java 6. Client is try to sign it but on opening of Signature Tool, it gets the error
"Unable to create a temporary directory necessary for this application.
Directort : .....
Exiting....."

Any idea why does this error occur and how to solve it.

Any helpline, guidance is highly appreciated.

Are you on Vista? Try running "As Administrator"
