Hi Guys.

I am trying to sync my entire mailbox to my BB so that I can access all my saved emails etc when Im not near my laptop.

I go to the View Folders option and I can see my folders, but only the last week shows. I have checked the keep items setting, and its set to forever

Is there a setting on the BES server that I can set per user? or on the device?

You can however use the remote search feature on the BB to lookup emails not on your blackberry.
