Hi

I have a Pearl 8120 that will not stop cycling on and off. I have tried JL Cader with no luck. I have also gone through the command line but get an error message while the OS is installing "cant reconnect with the device"

It is a t-mobile blackberry, but there is no number associated with it, so t-mobile wont repair it.

I called Blackberry but they want to charge me $49 to tell me what I already know.


How do I go about getting a replacement? It is still under warranty.

Associate it with a TMo number and and call for a warranty replacement.
