Blackberry Software Developer Needed For Service Centre

We are running service centre currently repairing alot of blackberry phones. But we have encounter some problem. Our customers send us alot of Blackberry 8900, 9000, 9500, 9530 phones which have damaged ICs such as CPU and Flash. We replace them and flash it but its not working.
