how am I supposed to find files and get them off my phone now with this new version. I have a couple spreadsheets I use and save but now I cannot find a way to save them to my computer.

Use the search feature on the device and search on the file name. Then email them to yourself so they show up on the PC.

Or when you make changes, save them to the SD card so you can find them there.
