Recently I just purchased a paid version BOOKWORM but the games doesn't installed. It appears in the uninstall list in my app world. There is no icon to reinstall it? What should I do? Thanks in advance! Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
Did you recently switch devices? If not, open up My world in App world, and press and hold "alt" then type "RST". If that does not work, uninstall App world and reinstall. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
If you've updated the os on your BB the Bookworm app might not be updated to run on that os version. You'd have to contact the Bookworm folks about that or downgrade to the previous os version when the app did work.
