Hello,

With Profile on Loud, Volume on High, every now and then my phone will ring very quietly when a call comes in, as if it was being soft muted or something. It happends quite randomly.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Ok, I've narrowed down that it's the same volume that the phone rings when bluetooth headset is linked and "on". But the Bluetooth connection is "off", and it's still ringing at this very low volume every now and then.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
