Hello all,

I'm a BB novice. I recently purchased a BB Bold from Orange and the device is wonderful so far. I received a message from BB titled 'Device settings' and I clicked the message. It requested me to add new device settings' which I selected yes but it required a different kind of PIN. Not the standard BB PIN that all BB users have but it contains the numbers rather than words to enter the PIN code. I am at loss to find the necessary PIN to add new settings. Is it a device issue or should I contact my provider at an earliest opportunity?

Hold off clicking on anything. I believe I read an article just yesterday about this very thing. Let me hunt it down. I would call Orange and refer it ot them.
