Hi,

Here is my issue. I wanted to learn more about the Blackberry professional software so I bought a 8810 and downloaded a 1 copy version of the software. Software for BPS for exchange all loaded and ready to go. Issue is that the 8810 is a PAYG and does not allow me to activate as I need the blackberry enterprise plan on the phone/sim.

Any ideas on how I can get this as I only need this for approx 1 month to test the software out. I have been around the houses looking at unlocking the phone and trying to get other sim cards activated with this service, but wondered if anyone had seen this issue and know a good way around it.

There is no way around it.
You need the Enterprise Data Plan, and that won't be available on any PAYG sim.

Depends on the wireless carrier. Best to call them and ask.

You can Enterprise Activate via USB cable connected directly to the BPS server, but as soon as you disconnect the cable, the device will no longer function.
